1940 Ford Custom street rod, Built by Thomas Steet Rods of California. Body has been customized in the true California style with molded and tubbed rear fenders, shaved hood, trunk and doors having hidden releases. Cool ground lighting Ford 9" narrowed rear end with 33x15 Mickey Thompson Sportsman tires. Peter and Jake four-bar suspension. Carrera shocks P&J sprung rear axel. P&J super slide springs & drop spindles. Front disc brakes and Crager wheels. Notice the Wheelie Bar. Interior finished in grey and raspberry hues, Lear Siegler front seats and a Rons Francis wiring kit is laced behind the smoothed aluminum dash insert that is sports VDO Instruments and an Auto Meter Tach and Kenwood tunes w/remote. Dynamic hood scoop hides a 350 Chevy engine with a Steel crank, roller rockers and many other goodies. The engine is backed by a Hurst shifted (new promatic2shifter) 2800 stall. 350 transmission modified with B&M Deep Pan ect.
