At any of our auctions you must complete a Consignment Form to place your vehicle in the auction, and understand and accept the Terms, Provisions and Conditions of the Sale. You may pre-register by mail or fax or you may simply register the day of at the event.

There are certain financial obligations that must be provided along with accurate and factual information about the vehicle(s).

You may fill these out by hand, but it may speed up the process if the forms are typed out. Once you’ve completed the forms, sign them and fax or mail back to us. You must also send in a copy of the front and back of the Title to complete the advance procedure. On event day you will be asked for valid identification and the original Title to complete the process.

You may pay your Consignment Fees by sending them through the mail, by phone with credit card, or on site the day of event. If you register by mail or by fax, please expect a confirmation letter from us.

Advertising is key to the success of selling your vehicle and the earlier your consignment (with photographs of the vehicle(s)) is received, the more advanced exposure can be given to marketing your vehicles.
