We’re here to make the process as pleasant as possible.
Here are a few things you’ll need to know:

You must be registered to bid at our auctions. You may
pre-register by mail or fax or you may register the day of
at the event.

To register in advance please read the Terms, Provisions and Conditions of Sale. Once you agree to these terms, provisions and conditions (please do so by printing them out and initialing), you may download the Bidder’s Registration Form and the Bank Letter of Guarantee. You may fill these out by hand, but it may speed up the process if the forms are typed out. Once you’ve completed the forms, sign them and fax or mail back to us.

You may send in the Bidder Registration fees through the mail or on site of event day. If you register by mail or by fax, please expect a confirmation letter from us.

On event day, please look for Pre-registered line near office to pick up your bidder’s card. You will be asked for valid identification along with the Bidder’s Registration Form, and the Bank Letter of Guarantee provided by your financial institution.
